Looking for Studio Space in Boston

I am looking for a studio space to do my work. I am willing to share with other artists. The space needs to be withing distance of a bus or t (not commuter rail).

I am looking to go to Grad School for Fine Arts so I will be working on my portfolio and need a reasonable area to work in.
